How to Submit a Ticket on Help Center
Step 2: On the Help Center page, click New Support Ticket
Step 3: Then you will be directed to another page where you can fill in your question and contact details. You must fill in all three boxes to submit your question:
- Requester: Enter a valid and working email address that we can get back to you.
- Subject: Enter a summary of your question. The more concise it is, the faster your question is processed.
- Description: Enter your question as detailed as possible. It is highly recommended that you attach related picture(s) by clicking Attach a file below the Description box.
Step 4: After filling in all necessary information, check I'm not a robot
Step 5: Click Submit
